And now we are given a fine demonstration of why possession of Zola Fel-level entry codes was a very good thing for our heroes! ^_^

Mind you, I’m a little surprised Sor-Eel’s first pass at this was so clumsy when he did have access to the historical accounts from the successful attempts. Makes me wonder if these guys were the moral equivalent of a Soviet penalty brigade of the sort that the Communists would make walk through mine fields so as to detect where the mines were at. >_>

Well, the Giants can learn from mistakes as well.
Without Robcradle as a bulwark to stop the cradle, the Loonies had to rely on more primitive techniques.
I don’t see this as the Zola Fel reacting to the Loonie attack… this magic is inherent to the Cradle itself, part of its mystic defences. And who’s to say it isn’t intervention by Argrath’s [Gareth Sharpsword’s] priest contingent?

It is the right and proper thing that those worshipppers of YMLL that you see are in great pain but also survive in this river that is also the Hill of Gold.

Zorak Zoran comes in many forms, and they shall all eat this world.

Makes you wonder how the God Learners automated the process
