Jar-eels shadow reminds me of Wakboth on the plates.

    The art is absolutely stunning!

Belintar is also in big trouble, and it is amazing that the red “shadow” of Jar-eel causes no alarm for him. Seemingly Harrek is such a consuming threat that the impending opportunity attack by the Razoress is masked (I’ll admit to rampant speculation). Perhaps Belintar could take the White Bear, but I don’t think we can ever know given what looks like some impending Lunar intervention.

    Top marks!

    This is gorgeous. Very inspiring!
I guess by calling on all the elements, Jar-eel manages to get real close to Belintar when he is most vulnerable.

The dominance of the Red Goddess over air has replaced air rune with moon rune in the “crown” of Belintar’s guide; she is already inside “him”

This is a remarkable image! I think Belintar is a bit preoccupied by the immediate need to deal with Harrek running rampant across the Mirrorsea (especially since the City of Wonders is right in the middle of the sea, with only Captain Henrako’s disintegrating fleet between it and the pirates). It’s not hard to understand how he can miss Jar-eel as she sneaks up on him, dastardly deeds in her mind…

    Who are the 6 guardians?

6 FUCKING BIG RUNE SPIRITS, I asume… xD
But dunno. Maybe they are something much more deep that my pity knowledge dosen´t grasp.

¡Stop your moaning about the Lunar heroine: Jar-eel! You Orlanthis always shouting and making noises… ITS ALL YOUR FAULT. But anyway: we are all US.

Wow, I REALLY hope we get all of these plates in their orginal, non-word-ballooned state someday. Beautiful.

The wee “Chuck Berry” spirit on Belintar’s arm is looking a bit agitated as well.

I recently discovered Price of Sartar and now I’ve caught up. Wow. This is amazing. The artwork all along is beautiful. I love the way that it looks elegant but simple at first, and then as you look closer you see more and more detail. Fantastic. Great work Kalin!

Gorgeous page! Splendid artwork! I’ve been delaying looking until there was a whole bunch to see at once, but the richness of the work is letting me spend a long time enjoying all the small touches.

I know I am late to comment, but while I am not that keen on the artistic style of this comic in the character-heavy panels or action scenes, when it comes to mythological beings and powers this comic is one of the best, most awe-inspiring things I have seen!

Wouldn’t “I call upon the Mer-people to scuttle their boats” be slightly more appropriate?

“And Harrek’s fleet was destroyed, and so too was Harrek.. cos he couldn’t swim”. Myth-sagas never seem to end like that 🙁

Although a good in principle, Harrek as the Polar Bear God can swim… ?
